Introduction
Welcome to SweatCity ATX. By using our facilities, booking sessions, or accessing our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Services
SweatCity ATX provides wood-fired sauna, cold plunge, and contrast therapy sessions at our facility located at Casa De Luz Village, 1701 Toomey Road, Austin, TX 78704. We also offer a free weekly run club and private event services.
Memberships & Payments
Memberships are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. 4-Pack sessions are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable but transferable. Drop-in sessions may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
Booking & Cancellation
Sessions may be booked online or by walking in during business hours. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. No-shows and late cancellations may forfeit the session. We reserve the right to modify our cancellation policy with reasonable notice.
Assumption of Risk
Use of sauna and cold plunge facilities involves inherent health risks including but not limited to heat-related illness, cardiovascular stress, and cold shock response. By using our facilities, you acknowledge these risks and confirm that you are in adequate health to participate. Guests with pre-existing medical conditions should consult a physician before use. All guests are required to sign a liability waiver prior to their first session.
Code of Conduct
All guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward staff and other guests. Swimwear is required at all times. Please shower before entering the sauna or plunge. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
